Coull Waters Holiday Apartments are brand new self catering, fully self contained luxury holiday apartments with panoramic views of Coull's Inlet.  They are centrally located within a two minute walk to the town centre of Mallacoota, and just a few minutes from the beaches, fishing lakes and boat ramps.

Coull Waters Holiday Apartments consist of four tastefully presented apartments, one of which is disability and wheelchair friendly.  All apartments are modern and spacious.

Three apartments feature two bedrooms, the main room having a Queen bed with two single beds in the 2nd room. Each apartment sleeps 4 guests (max 5 with a roll in bed).

Our disability friendly apartment has three bedrooms, the main room having a Queen bed, with the other two rooms each having two single beds. Apartment sleeps 6 guests.

All bedding and linen is provided (with the exception of beach towels).
At Mallacoota, you can take time to enjoy life's simple pleasures with fishing, prawning , boating, sailing, swimming, surfing, and water-skiing right on your doorstep.
Our tastefully presented two bedroom apartments feature an open living area upstairs leading onto a private sunny balcony offering BBQ facilites and outdoor furniture for relaxed dining. The self catering kitchen is fully equipped with designer crockery, wall oven, hot plates, microwave, dishwasher and full size fridge. Comfortable modern furniture sets off a lounge/dining area with large windows overlooking the water.

Downstairs comprises two bedrooms, a large open entry area, and a fully equipped bathroom with shower and toilet.

We also offer a disability and wheelchair friendly, single level three bedroom fully furnished luxury apartment with a large disability friendly bathroom.  This apartment is conveniently situated at the front of the block and features an enclosed BBQ area. 

There is a separate laundry with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Reverse cycle air conditioning, electric blankets, colour TV, DVD, VCR, Playstation 2, Internet Wireless access, and fax and photocopying facilities are only a few of the extras available in our fully furnished, self catering apartments.

Our disability and wheelchair friendly apartment is conveniently located at the front of the block and is a single level apartment with three bedrooms, a large disability friendly bathroom and toilet, an open plan living area and large kitchen.   There are no water views or carport with this apartment.

Almost everything you need is supplied.  Just bring your food, clothes and toiletries.  Mallacoota boasts two supermarkets, butcher, hotel, newsagent, chemist, gift shops, restaurants and take-away shops, bait and tackle shop, service stations and more, for your convenience.

Rates for 2010 - 2011

Peak Season:          19/12/09 - 26/1/10 -------- (Minimum 7 nights)

Discounts:             Discounts are available if staying for more than 7 nights during off    peak season.  The cost of each apartment will revert back to the off peak rate from day 8 onwards.

Extra Guests:         The above rates are for up to 2 guests in two bedroom apartments and 6 guests in three bedroom apartment.  Roll in beds are available for each apartment at an extra cost of $ 10.00 per night.   

Children:                The property is not suitable for children under two years of age unless own bedding is provided.  

Payment:               35% deposit is required when booking.  Balance is payable on arrival.  Cancellations of less than two weeks forfeit full deposit (or four weeks if stay is during peak period). 

We accept EFTPOS, Visa Card, Mastercard , Direct Deposit and Cash (no cheques please).
